Tattoo Appointment Booking Instructions

Thank you for your interest in getting a tattoo with me! I’m excited to work with you to create a unique and meaningful design. Before you proceed with the booking, please take note of the following instructions:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your appointment slot, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required. This can be paid via transfer. Please wait for your booking date to be confirmed to make payment. The deposit is taken off your final cost. Deposits can be transferred to a different date when 72hrs notice is given. Less notice and no shows will require a new deposit.

  2. FAQs: Make sure to read through our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for important information about the tattoo process, aftercare, and more.

  3. Filling in the form:

    please include the following information on the form opposite:

    • Full Name:

    • Date of Birth (DOB):

    • Up to three desired dates for your appointment:

      The studio is open Tuesday-Friday

      10am - 4pm by appointment only

  4. Tattoo Details: Please provide as much information as possible about your desired tattoo, including:

    • Size: Specify the approximate dimensions of the tattoo.

    • Placement: Indicate where on your body you'd like the tattoo.

    • Additional Information: Any specific details or preferences you have for the design.

    • Reference Images: Will be requested once the form has been reviewed.

  5. Special Tattoos: If you're interested in a hand/finger or ear tattoo, you will be asked to send a picture of your hand/ear for reference.

  6. Response Time: I aim to respond to your email within 48hrs. Your patience is appreciated as I carefully consider each request.

Once I've reviewed your request, I’ll provide further instructions for making the deposit and securing your appointment.

SorryMum London is a private tattoo studio owned by Charlotte, a dedicated artist specialising in hand poke tattooing. The space is a quiet, calm and relaxing environment. Clients are offered a CBD gummie and guidance on arrival, allowing the process to be both transformative and therapeutic.
